![]() ![]() ![]() The reporting periods coincide with the State of Florida’s fiscal year which is July 1st through June 30th of each year. Should no sales be recorded in two consecutive contract quarters, the Participating State/Entity may terminate this Addendum. Sales will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Failure to provide the Quarterly Report or other reports requested by the Participating State/Entity may result in the Contractor being found in default and may result in termination of this Addendum. The Participating State/Entity reserves the right to require the Contractor to provide additional reports within 30 days written notice as mutually agreed to by the parties. ![]() Quarterly Reports The Contractor shall submit a Quarterly Report electronically to the Participating State/Entity within 30 days of the end of the quarter. SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report. ![]() Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under LHSIA or this Agreement Reports of Findings are issued on the basis of the information, documents and/or samples provided by, or on behalf of the Client and solely for the benefit of the Client who is obliged to act on the basis of such Reports of Find- ings.Įnsure the Incident Investigation report is protected with solicitor client privilege.Īnnual Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(d).įinancial Reports means the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Accounts. The Company is under no obligation to refer to, or report upon, any facts or circumstances, which are outside the specific instructions received or alternative parameters applied. The Reports of Findings issued by the Company will reflect the facts as recorded by it at the time of its intervention only and within the limits of the instructions received or, in the absence of such instructions, within the limits of the alternative parameters applied as provided for in Clause 2.1. Insofar as Reports of Findings are prepared in the course of processing the order and which are subject to the protection of copyright, then the Company shall grant the Client a simple, non-transferable right to use, insofar as this is necessary and in accordance with the contractually presupposed purpose. Reports of Findings issued by the Company will reflect the facts as recorded by it at the time of its intervention only and within the limits of the instructions received or, in the absence of such instructions, within the limits of the alternative parameters applied as provided for in clause 2(a). Reports of Findings issued further to the testing of samples contain the Company’s opinion on those samples only and do not express any opinion upon the lot from which the samples were drawn. Reports of Findings are issued on the basis of the information, documents and/or samples provided by, or on behalf of the Client and solely for the benefit of the Client who is obliged to act on the basis of such Reports of Findings. Neither the Company nor any of its officers, employees, agents or subcontractors shall be liable to Client nor any third party for any actions taken or not taken on the basis of such Reports of Findings nor for any incorrect results arising from unclear, erroneous, incomplete, misleading or false information provided to the Company. Reports of Findings issued after the testing of samples refer the Company’s opinion only on samples under testing and not to the lot from which the samples were drawn. Examples of Reports of Findings in a sentenceĪll deficiencies (non-compliance with standards and regulations) are identified and cited as either a Standard level deficiency or a Condition of Participation level deficiency in the QMB Reports of Findings. ![]()
